I'm...iffy about OUaT. I just don't like how it's...so obviously playing on the Disney version of fairy tales. I mean I love Disney, but I was really hoping for a show that really delved into the older versions.

I've got Elementary on DVR! Just need to sit down at watch. I'll definitely add everything else to the list. :D

Honestly I didn't catch the fact they were taking directly from Disney until about five episodes in? Mind you I watched these as they aired so it came as a pleasant surprise.

But if you want something closer to the original tales then best stay away. Only the characters who didn't have Disney movies avoided all the references to their movie canon. It really takes advantage of the fact they are allowed to reference the Disney adaptions as they please.
